Chapter 1 Putai`s high voltage relays

Putai provides relays for High voltage applications,which are notablely diffent from general relays by using particular impervious Ceramic technology to keep relays contacts in sealed container that is separate from air and obtain high dielectric strengths.The envelope of relays can be filled with different medium for different applications. Two kinds of medium ,vacuum and high pressure gas,are normally used in Putai`s relay.

Performance of Vacuum:As very few gas molecule exists in vacuum,arc hardly occurs.Ideally ,it is possible to obtain dielectric strengths of 10000V per 0.1mm in vacuum.Because there is no air in vacuum,contacts are oidation free.Thus,vacuum relays typically have low and stable contact resistance,which is ideally used in radio frequency condition.

Performance of high pressure gas:Pure high pressure gas allows relays to obtain advanced dielectric strength and avoids oxidation .When relays are used for hot switching,gas can keep contacts from hig temperature burning.These relays are ideal for high in-rush capacitive make and capacitive discharge loads found in ESD test equipment,cable test equipment and heart defibrillators.Gas-filled relays also provide low,stable leakage current in applications sensitive to current fluctuations especially across open contact sets over long periods of time.

Ceramic Vacuum Capacitors

Ceramic Vacuum Capacitors use vacuum dielectric with ceramic envelope,which havethe following features: high operating voltage、high carrying current、small size、high shock vibratio rating、easy installation and maintenance

The vacuum capacitors are widely used as a tuner in the equipments for communication transmitters,broadcasting,indrstrial heating,semiconductor manufacturing,medical imaging and high voltage testing system etc

UNIQUE RANGE

The DOJ180 series of contactors has been designed for direct current loads, particularly motors as used on electric vehicles such as industrial trucks, airport tractors etc. they have double breaking main contacts with silver alloy contact tips, which are weld resistant, hard wearing and have excellent conductivity.

The range comprises: single pole, on/off types (DOJ180), Double pole, on/off types (DOJ190), Single pole, changeover types (DOJ181), Single pole, normally closed types (DOJ185) and paired versions of these for motor reversion (DOJ182, DNJ182 and DOJ192).

COMPACT SIZE

The contactors are compact in size and are fully serviceable, with a full range of spare parts available.

EASY INSTALLATION

Mounting is by means of 5mm tapped holes in the switch frame together with a range of mounting brackets complete with screws and washers.

Coil connections are by means of 6mm spades of which two are supplied per terminal.

Contactor types DOJ182, DNJ182, DOJ184, DNJ184, DOJ189 and DOJ192 are supplied as an assembly which includes a mounting bracket as a standard feature.

Mounting attitudes are detailed in the drawings on the following pages.

OPERATING COILS

Coil voltages ranging from 6 to 240 are available and these are wound for D.C. operation.

However coils can be fitted with a bridge rectifier for use from A.C. suppliers.

Coils are normally wound for intermittent duty (up to 70% on time)but continuous duty version(100%) are also available.

The FU-33(833A)is a water cooled, ceramic—metal hign-mu amplifier factor triode containing a thoriated tungsten carbide cathode. The rated plate dissipation is 1kW, and the highest output power is 1kW.It is designed for mainly used in RF amplifier in Class B and industrial Power Amplifier in Class C or Oscillator.

FU-300F is a ceramic-metal tetrode, with indirect oxide coated cathode and forced air cooling . The highest frequency is 500 Mhz . It is mainly used in aviation and ground military communication equipments , such as , linear amplifiers in single-sideband communicators final stage power amplifiers in meter wave band and 50-watt color TV transmitters .

The FU-3031F/3CX3000A7 and FU-3032F/3CX3000F7 are forced air cooled ceramic-metal power triode containing a thoriated tungsten carbide cathode of which the maximum plate dissipation up 4kW and are designed for used as RF power amplifier, oscillator, or modulator.
In order to simplify the installation of application at low-frequency, the base of the FU-3032F attaches a flexible of grid and cathode on .

The FU-3050S（3CW5000F1） is a warter cooled, low-mu amplifier factor triode containing a thoriated tungsten cathode with 5kW of the output power and 75MHz of the maximum operating frequency and intended for mainly used as an AF amplifier or modulator.
The grid and filament of the tube attach a flexible lead for easy to installation.

This type of vacuum interrupter is the Cu-Cr50 contact interrupter with cup shaped contacts holder adopting axial magnetic field intended to install in the accordant vacuum circuit –breaker or other vacuum distribution devices. It is recommended for use in the electric power, mechanical, chemical and metallurgical department as well as mines and other industrial department where it is operated frequently .The small sized interrupter is noted for compact design, large switching capacity andhigh insulating level.
